Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy for Used & Refurbished Clothing and Shoes

We strive to ensure that each pre-owned item meets our high standards for quality and value. However, please note the following return guidelines for used or refurbished items:

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
    • Items must be in the same condition as received, without additional signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
    • Original tags or authentication labels, if included, must still be attached.
  2. Condition Verification:

    • All returns will be inspected upon receipt. If items show any new signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors that were not noted at the time of purchase, they will not be eligible for a return, and the item will be sent back to you.
  3. Final Sale Items:

    • Some refurbished items may be marked as Final Sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  4. Processing & Restocking Fee:

    • A restocking fee may apply to returned refurbished items, which will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover inspection and repackaging costs.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.

Non-Returnable Conditions for Clothing Items

To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items that do not meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • No Stains or Scents: Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or any odor are not eligible for return.
  • Original Tags and Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Inspection Process

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If any signs of wear, washing, or alterations are found, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ship the item(s) back to you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
